Our FREE Nordic Walking taster sessions last 45 minutes. You can find out for yourself what Nordic Walking is all about and ask all your questions. We know how scary it can be to try something new. So why not bring a friend, your mum, dad, your sister or brother, partner, sun or daughter, or just come by yourself. Whatever you do, we will make sure you will have fun!
At the session, we will show you the difference between walking with and without poles, and what the difference is between walking with trekking poles, and walking with Nordic Walking poles. We will explore how Nordic Walking can be so effective in getting you fitter, happier and healthier. And in the meantime, you might discover how beautiful the parks of Southeast London are!
