New Nordic walking courses

Spring is here! A great time to start Nordic Walking.

Are you enjoying Spring as much as we do? The parks look glorious, and the blossoms and flowers really cheer us up. This is a great time of the year to start something new, so why not give Nordic Walking a try? We have new Nordic Walking courses in South London: Burgess Park, Brockwell Park and Dulwich Park and all will be starting soon, so give us a call on 078 078 3456 4 or send Ailien (sounds like Eileen) an email on Ailien@FitandHappyOutdoors.com if you are interested to join!

Burgess Park: Monday afternoons, 4.15 – 5.15 pm
Brockwell park: Wednesday mornings, 11.30 am – 12.30 pm
Dulwich Park: Monday evenings, 7.30 – 8.30 pm
Dulwich Park; Thursday mornings 10.45 – 11.45 am
