Fit and Happy Outdoors has moved Indoors… for now

Oh, how I miss you, and how I miss our rambles in the woods together. This situation only makes me more aware how important you are to me, and how grateful I am we have found each other on the same path one day.

In the beginning of our time at home, I was really sad, as many of the things I hold important in life seemed to have been taken away from me. I don’t see you as often as I want, and we can only spend time in nature when we are exercising. (As if Vitamin D, relaxation in nature or mindfully observing the flowers around us aren’t important…)
I don’t know about you, but a few weeks in, and I am starting to settle in and find new ways to give the things I need to thrive a place.

I would love to help you too, if I can. Here are some of the ways I have come up with and I hope you will join me. Also, I am very open to suggestions, so please get in touch with any ideas on how I can support you better!
Exercise: Unfortunately, during times of quarantine, I cannot do any outdoor classes with you. But I still want to help you stay motivated, happy, strong, fit and healthy.

I am now teaching several classes per week online, using Zoom. When you join us live, you can get my encouragement, and you can see and chat with the others, almost as if we are in the same room. And we can stick around for a coffee and chat after the session (if you have a lovely partner to bring you a fresh cuppa, or have a flask at the ready!)

Never used Zoom before? A bit of a technophobe? Get in touch, before your first class and I will be happy to talk you through it!
