Courses & Classes

We run a range of courses and regular classes – so there’s something here for just about everyone!

  • Workout Walks – Generally about 1 hour long and designed to help you keep improving and get noticeable results. Expect to be made to work to the point where you’re slightly out of breath for 10-15 minutes of the hour. Find out more
  • Learn to Nordic Walk – Unless you’ve already earned your Freedom/Competence Card elsewhere, you’ll need to do this course before joining a regular class. Sign up with a couple of others, and we can arrange 4 x 1 hour sessions which will get you Nordic Walking with confidence. Find out more
  • By yourself? We will be happy to arrange a one to one session with you to teach you the basics, which will give you a great idea how it can help you achieve your personal needs. During that session, we will decide together, if you’d rather have a few more sessions by yourself, or if you can join an existing group.
  • Explore Green London – from North to South, West to East, we walk all the best trails in and around London. Through ancient woods, along canals and rivers, parks and in the country side. Many born and bred Londoners have been pleasantly surprised by how green our city is!  Walks are usually around 7 miles and last most of the day. These walks are a great way to catch up with old friends or meet some new ones. We are a social and friendly group, we are sure you will feel right at home! Find out more
  • Holidays and Weekends – we regularly organise Nordic Walking holidays and weekends, both in the UK and overseas. These weeks and weekends are an excellent and fun way to to explore new landscapes, get fitter, to re-energise your mind and to meet and enjoy the company of like-minded people. Find out more
  • Nordic Walking for people with Parkinson’s and their partners. A great session to get to know other people with Parkinson’s. Nordic Walking is a really helpful and fun way to help you improve your posture, get fitter, and can even help you slow down the progression of your Parkinson’s.
  • Personal training sessions can be arranged. We can incorporate Nordic Walking in your sessions if you’d like, but we have other tools in our toolbox. We love helping you get fitter and stronger, help to improve your balance, and make you feel more confident. We love working with people over 50, and we have regular clients up to 85 years old.
